Vevor question
My only problem with this digger is that I haven’t been able to make it idle. …. . Does this model not idle?

Cheap pull starter and so so engine
63cc model with 8” auger
First the pin to the auger broke in half, had to fix it with a bolt. Next the pull cord snapped off after starting about 50x, then I fixed the pull cord but the spring in the pull cord assembly popped out rendering the hole digger inoperable. Purchased a new pull cord assembly on Amz for 9.99. It also doesn’t work well in Georgia red clay, it gets bogged down and stops, you’ll get maybe a foot deep. I’d definitely recommend an electric model if that’s an option just to avoid the fuel mix and junk pull cord, and maybe get a warranty if you plan on using it more than a few times. Not horrible but not great.

Missing 2 bolts and 2 locking screws out of the 8 bolts and screws that secure the handle to the auger
Did a chat with one of your reps and he just asked the same question over and over which I answered each time. Would love to use this but waiting on the screws to put it together

Drill bit
The bit isn't very secure on the machine, it has a lot of wiggle, so when your using it it bounces around a lot. That's the only complaint we have. If that wasn't an issue we would of given a 5 star review.

Had to immediately buy extensions just to make this useable. Step up to the 52cc model .. it comes with and extension.

crazy wheelchair ramp
I was a bit disappointed in this tool, The motor and drive system worked well the auger leaves a lot to be desired. Vevor did everything they could to make it rite but If I could have spoken to one of there design engineers the problem could be fixed without much tooling cost and making the tool a much longer lasting product.
I will be changing the auger point on the new one before the next use.
Again Thank you Vevor for taking care of me with fast replacement!
