Bien reçu la Rampe d'Escalier 2 à 3 Marches Garde-corps pour Escalier Main Courante Noire pour Escalier et je l'ai installée. Après coup, j'ai reçu de DHL une facture de sFr. 41.26 pour le dédouanement. Lors de mon achat, je n'avais pas prêté attention à ces frais supplémentaires. Ce montant avancé par DHL a donc été payé. Comme l'article me convient, j'aimerai en commander un second du même type pour la rampe de notre entrée principale. I was goimg to write a review about how easy this handrail was to put together and install. It is very sturdy!! .. However, when I was in the process of putting it together, I took a closer look at the Top (most important) part of the handrail. It has a large gouge, a large spot missing paint, and a very sharp edge imperfection. (Resulted in only a tiny cut when I ran my hand over it) I filed down the sharp edges and spray painted the damaged area and will have to live with it, as it would be too expensive to return. Putting my house up for sale and had to intall a hand rail, so no time to look elsewhere. Very Poor Quality Control.UPDATE!! After seeing my review about the Top Rail being very pitted and poor quality control this company contacted me and offered to send a new top rail. Not only did I recieve a new top rail (which is flawless) I recieved and entire new unit!! Kudos to this company and their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The railing itself is built quite well happy with how solid that is. Main problem with this order was product packaging was very poor. Case was ripped open into two pieces multiple attempts to retape it shut. Was missing pieces from Parts bag and snap together both the base covers. Had to spend time cleaning rust stain deposits off of the railing spindles using solvent and auto wax. Unit looked well after investing time and cleaning it up. Had to order from another site snap together post base covers . Actual installation went easy very easy to install. The company did offer a $40 coupon code for my inconvenience which I accepted. Have ordered a second railing on good faith we will see how that goes?
