Everything seems fine but the paint. If you lay it on anything while you are drilling the holes, make sure it's laying on a soft surface because it scratches very easily.I paid over $300 for this one. Now I see them for under $200. Not happy about that.

Handrail is nice, but do yourself a favor and buy better concrete anchors,paint the anchors, to prevent rust staining, neverseize the anchor bolt threads.

Looks great very strong and great to get up the stairs now very very happy

Would like to had better instructions,anchor bolts very cheap, Had no idea what drill size to use. no drill, Had to buy new anchor bolts.

UPDATE: After writing my initial review - the company reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. I must say that I am very impressed with their responsiveness and eagerness to make the situation right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again - given how they stand behind their products.Original review: During install the main post sheared at the base plate connection. I have tried to fix it with jb-weld though I definitely question the durability. It does not feel like it will last more than a couple years.

Study and can easily install if got the tools for drilling the concrete holes for the posts... good for the money (can be adjusted for up to about 7in rise stairs). Packaging can be a bit better because of small scratches on the paint which I needed to touch-up with black paint. Overall a good product for the price!

Solid frame easy to put together the bolts and nuts should be black to match the railing .Good solid hand rail

Easy Install made my neighbor come and ask where I got it from which speaks for itself.

Bought this for concrete steps in front of my house for safety reasons. It_ quite sturdy and very attractive in front of my home.
