Vary helpful in stabilising the ladder. Make sure you check measurements as I didn't, my ladder was a small bit too wide for the holes. Luckily I was able to drill some holes to get it to fit. Once I got on and up on the house, I really felt secure and stable on the ladder. Prior to using it I always felt nervous, this definitely helps with stability and would highly recommend. Well made and sturdy product.

Perfect for the money, used for painting the roof board of our house. Solid, steady and strong. Rubber wheels instead of the feet might me an improvement.

This is quite decent! Used it on my 20 ft.extension ladder and they simply works.

I'm in the process of using the stabilizers on my extension ladder, which fully extended, becomes a little top heavy and more difficult to reposition while working. I guess that is the nature of the beast. However, it seems to me that the rubber feet should be mounted vertically, instead of horizontally, to allow the feet to adjust to the plane of the surface that they are resting on, be it the side of the house or a roof. I'm resting the ladder against the side of the house, so as it is now conceived and positioned, the feet rest only on their edges and not on the flat surface. It's like standing on the outside edge of our foot instead of flat on your soles. Maybe there is a reason for this construction, but I'm not aware of it.
