I ordered this stair railing hoping it would fit nicely on my garage door steps. I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered to my front door less than a week later. It looked so good that I took it to my front porch to see how it would look there, and it was a perfect fit. My wife loved it! I was able to install it without a bit of trouble and it provides strong and stable support for us when we come and go through the garage. It looked so good we ordered two more to go on the front steps of our home. Cannot wait to install it and will send pictures of it once it's installed. Great company and a superb product. I plan to order at least one more stair railing for a one or two step side entrance to my home, if they have one.

The finish was good. Not as nice as powder coating, but good and clean. Railing is only adjustable with the use of washers to raise either the upper or lower portions. I had to use additional washers to raise the upper section. This was mounted on wood stairs leading from a garage into a kitchen. Not all stairs will be built exactly the same. This is for my parents who need a little support when entering the house. I did not choose the railings that were open between the two support posts because I didn't want the great-grand kids hanging on the railing. I had to buy lock nuts and additional washers in order to install. The hardware provided is for installing in stone or concrete.

Used 3/8 drill bit to drill into brick stair and brick walkway. The only negative was lack of detail in product description. We bought the 1x handrail for 1 step.It is built for a 7 1/2 step riser. I had an 8 inch riser, so I had to add a filler to level it out. It was great quality and very sturdy. I would definitely recommend!

Easy to install. Rented a rotary hammer drill. Never used one before, but no problems.

I bought 2 step and 3step hand rails. Very sturdy and attractive, looks like a special order hand rails.

This handrail is very heavy duty and sturdy. Im a 50 year old woman and I put it together myself. Just needed help installing it on the concrete steps. Makes my porch look better. I would highly recommend this railing. I will buy another one in the near future for my back steps.

We paid someone to install on brick steps and the person who installed had to purchase the kind of screws that would hold to concrete. The screws that came in the packet would not work. They look very nice.

The key is to follow directions and all will be good!
