Very poor service from start to finish. I ordered my handrail but when it arrived it did not contain any nuts or bolts or tools. I promptly informed the company. I hoped vevor would simply send on the missing items so I could install my atm useless purchase. Instead vevor decided to enter into a pointless stream of emails and online conversations. Currently vevor have requested a photo of all the items I received in my package. Presumably this is so they can see if I really didn't get my fixings. Why does vevor think that I have the time for this? Why do they think that an oap has the capability to take and send photos online?? Please just send me my fixings or send me my money back. Thank you.
