The initial purchase was deceiving because the description led me to believe I was getting two rails. However, the first set came in three days and the second set was much sooner than advertised. They look great and I won't be busting my 88year old butt anymore!

It sure makes it safer going up and down the front steps and looks nice.

Order arrived on time but rail does not work for 8 1/2 inch height steps. The last 2 support bars are short. Emailed support for instructions to return but was offered $20 refund to keep it. Rejected the offer and still waiting for a response after 48 hours . Called but no answer but a machine with message full.

Everything seems fine but the paint. If you lay it on anything while you are drilling the holes, make sure it's laying on a soft surface because it scratches very easily.I paid over $300 for this one. Now I see them for under $200. Not happy about that.

The shipping was fast. Very impressed. Then I opened the box. The small parts bag was ripped in multiple places, and the small parts were all over the inside of the box, and inside some of the Handrail parts. The other small plastic bag was also crushed, so some of the metal pieces were bent. Corrected in my shop with multiple tools. The directions were crumpled and used as packing. The thin paper was ripped, and pieces were missing. Not sure is this is a standard affair or just a one off with careless packing. The directions are pictures only with no dimensions. I measured the diameter of the concrete fasteners, which was 1/2 inch. So I drilled 1/2 inch holes into my brick porch. I should have drilled one or two sizes smaller because the drilled holes were too large for the fasteners to expand and tighten. Ended up putting a few wraps of good old fashion duct tape on the fasteners. Issue solved. The actual installation went well. Handrail was anchored firmly. Thats when I noticed a large chip out of the top railing. Used some touch-up paint. I was very disappointed in the fact the there is no way to contact the seller or manufacturer. No phone, no email. You are on your own. For the price one would think you would have a way to contact customer service. So much for the name "Happybuy" but maybe this is meant for the ones who have my money!! :-) My wife is happy with the outcome, so in the end I am happy.

A really sturdy rail with a good range of adjustment. You have to build it which went fine so not an issue. Would certainly recommend this product and looks good to.

fatto la prova con uno....aspetto bello e resistente....ne acquistero' altri per completare le scese in giardino. Unica attenzione: in estate il sole caldo rende impossibile appoggiarsi al corrimano perchè brucia!! il venditore dovrebbe inventarsi una copertura anti ustioni per il periodo estivo

Easy to assemble. Got code enforcement off my back. Would easily recommend and buy again. very pleased!

Very poor instructions. A shingle oxygen with everything on it, no step by step instructions. Quality product, just not easy to figure out how to install it.

This product did exactly what I wanted. Was easy to assemble and looked great. Was not impressed when it started rusting after 3 weeks after installation. Overall a good product.
