I will not be buying another one of these as they feel cheap and weak. The wheels constantly buckle with a little bit of washing in them, it’s kind of like the wheels are too small and don’t fit the connection for them.

The trolley is great with lovely large capacity, but the front bar could do with being 3cm lower, the fold up hooks could be better placed and most of all the front wheels are very narrow and get caught in the pavement gaps, so could do with being slightly bigger and wider.

Update: The company replaced the missing piece so quickly and all is good! I love this cart and use it for many purposes. Piece in photo is missing; only one of 2 was included. How do I go about getting the missing piece?
