Purchased to use in my cider production. Transfers the cider from one barrel to another in connection with racking. Works excellently and is easy to clean by pumping a few liters of the right cleaning solution.

It is a very good machine. It works without noise. We use it with alkaline water with no problems. We always clean it afterwards with hot water.
It lacks of a button, and this is a bit sad, because if I have wet hands, it is not the best idea to deal with the cables. And also, I don't like to wash my hands clean all the time in the lab.

This is the cheapest pump on the market. It's very good. I make 30L wort extracts from 20L mashes. You have to buy for this pump only silicone tubing, not PVC and all of the other sockets. The pump does not have an on-off switch and you cannot regulate the flow. It is very important to buy and install on the out port a valve. By closing the valve you can minimize the wort flow.
Also, I clean it by recirculating boiling water.
I am very satisfied with this pump.

Please let me know the full specification of the inlet and outlet threads.
I am expecting something like UNF 1/2" x 20 TPI MPT, only the 1/2" MPT part is clear from the description.
UNF is my educated guess, and I can only hope for a non-exotic thread per inch value.
