However, there are a couple of downsides: First, you can't combine two keys together. Second, the code isn’t ordered. For example, if you set your code to 1234, you can also unlock it with 4321. This means that if you set a 4-digit code, your lock will recognize 24 possible combinations, which slightly reduces security. That said, it's not a huge issue since the lock has 14 buttons, which allows for 16,383 possible combinations, making it quite secure overall.

Fantastic product, pretty straight forward to install, had everything in the DIY kit to install on my outside steel gate, that allowed for death and thickness needed for installation. Super happy!!! Sadly I scratched it pretty badly on the installation!
