My kids really like it when I make proper home made double fried french fries, and you really need to make enough to justify getting the amount of oil heated up for it. I used the plastic framed cheap cutters for the past few years until I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy this. It's a different world in contrast to those. I have been using this monthly for the better part of the last year and have absolutely zero issues with it. The cutters are great, the cleanup and disassembly is very easy, and I haven't had any issues where I thought the blades were going to break due to being overstressed. The time savings and potatoes no longer getting stuck sideways in a cheap grid of razor blades is worth every penny.

It works perfectly and it is built for heavy duty tasks. The suction pads could be better though.

1. Montați sita cu partea tăioasă in interior și strângeți bine piulițele. 2. Poziționați cartoful cu 2 degete exact in centrul părții de plastic mobile și celălalt capăt in centrul sitei de oțel. 3. Cartoful trebuie sa fie Poziționați cu nervurile longitudinale perpendiculare pe sită. 4. Este indicat ca penetrarea să fie lină, persuasivă și fermă. Țineți cu 2 degete cartoful până când capul acestuia strapunge sita, după care îl eliberați și se descurcă singur.
