Today it arrived, looks good, tested everything works, the problem was the delivery, it was impossible to see where it was located, but everything is okay.

Fast/Even heating: The steel heating tube kicks in quickly and maintains temp between 85-186F. Safety-first design: if water drops too low, the indicator will turn on to remind the user to refill the water. The unit has dry-burn protection to shut off the heating element. Requires a reset, there is a button at the backside of the unit if the dry-burn protection is triggered. Peace of mind if the unit is running long without supervision. Strong, durable build, and easy to assemble and use. Functions as intended and keeps the food warm. 9 containers, good depth for variety of food. Be mindful that the water level should be on the lower end of the individual container height. If there is little food in the container and water level is high, the container will float. Also, for a 110-120V, the 1500W draws in about 13A current, ensure that’s the only thing running on the socket so it’s used efficiently. This model delivers excellent value for commercial-grade food warming for a party. It heats fast, and maintains warm temperatures Unit comes with useful extras (pans, lids, ladles, drain tap) which is a plus. Ideal for any larger capacity hot holding. Buffets in the backyard, etc.
