Perfect size, nice quality and sturdy. Easy to clean.

These pans are what I expected. Good quality. Just be aware, the lip edges are sharp.

I run a high volume catering operation and go through hotel pans at speed. The finish on these has put up with more abuse than I am used to, a few months in of heavy use and they are still shining with no signs of abuse.Very pleased with this purchase and hope to phase out all but these pans going forward in my kitchen.
