Sehr gut geeignet bei halbflüssigem Brät (Blutwurst), weniger gut bei höherer Konsistenz. Das Brät wird über den Stempel gedrückt und muss mehrfach nachgefüllt werden (Bei Bratwürsten etwa).

I think the edges is to sharp and may cut your hand on the stainless steel piston,
but with piece of sandpaper everything is ok.

works ok stuffed snack sticks not top of the line quality but your not paying 5 or 6 hundred bucks. it came with the gasket on upside down. comes with spare gaskets
