It arrived with several small flanges bent on the shelves where they attach to the end handles. Pliers and a punch and hammer quickly straightened them, but there could easily be better packaging to prevent this.A single sheet of instructions in color was included but it was hardly necessary - you attach each shelf to the end handles with the bolts and rectangular washers supplied, and tighten them with the included Allen wrench. Put the plastic inserts into the bottom holes of the handles and screw in the wheels and you're done. It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes if even that.Once put together it's quite sturdy but it's not quite "restaurant quality" that would hold up under heavy duty use - but even if used daily it should be OK if treated somewhat gently. Of course you'd have to pay twice as much or more to get heavier and better quality. This does appear to be the same cart that others are selling for $20 more and even more, so do some comparison shopping.I would buy this again since it's sturdy enough for my uses. The protective plastic film they put on the 3 shelves is really tough to get off - it mostly comes off in small pieces. We decided to leave it on and just let it wear off over time, as it would have taken much, much longer to get it all off than it did to assemble the cart...

Be able to move my ekg machine safely.

Didn't handle sudden dropped loads. Buckled metal shelves on top. Only use for lighter items.

Very satisfied. Smoth, strong and very good looking cart. I'm happy with this purchase.

One issue is that without cross bar support, you can get distortion in the cart that leaves opposite(diagonal) corners of the cart raised, so that there is some instability, requiring lowering of the wheels in the diagonal corners. Not a big deal.You could also just force the diagonal corners down by bending the whole cart. Other than that, works great. I would buy it again.
