The cart looks, and works, great! The plastic that was on the trays as protective covering though. It took longer to remove the plastic than to assemble the entire cart. Tiny bits of plastic coming off inch by inch. But, we are happy with the final results and it works great.

I bought this to use as a phlebotomy cart in a physician's office. I stock it with all the phlebotomy supplies needed and layout my supplies on the top for easy access. The bottom shelf holds my tote and wedges. I get many compliments on how organized I am and what a great cart it is from patients. It makes a world of difference when you lack space to have a dedicated area to draw patients.Assembly mainly consisted of sticking the wheels into the bottom of the cart...can't get any easier than that! There was a blue plastic covering to prevent scratches from shipping which was the biggest challenge to remove; the plastic did not leave any residue, but it kept breaking off in small pieces instead of coming off in one sheet. There is a mark on one of the drawers where it looks like a black permanent marker underneath the plastic. I tried everything to get it off and lighten the mark, but it isn't gone. No big deal; I will live with it.

We bought 3 of them for our office. One came with a dented shelf and none came with assembly instructions, but we were able to figure out how to put them together after a little trial and error. I suggest having help the build. They are pretty good carts despite those couple of issues.
