Works very well, I usually use it for 50 minutes and set the heat to number 5. If you want to prevent the heat from escaping through the main opening, you can use a towel around your neck and keep your hands hidden inside. After use, I clean it with a damp cloth and leave it open to dry on the floor for a moment, then fold it up and put it in the cupboard. I am very satisfied with the sauna mat and the price was also very good compared to the prices I have seen in advertisements.

The PU model is a custom flame-proof environmentally friendly leather, carbon fiber heating layer, and far infrared. The Oxford cloth model is made of waterproof Oxford cloth, metal wire heating layer, and ordinary infrared. A little deeper is the material cost. The PU model's inner cotton is also thicker, and the controller is also more expensive.
