I have used it for 1 month. Important to flush it properly before use as there are alot of discoloration in the beginning. Easily done using a garden hose and let it flush fpr the recommended period. It took a couple of days befoee we started noticing the effect as there was probably some flushing of the system that was needed. After 1 week there were a big difference. No morre weekly scrubbing of the shower glass. No more weekly scrubbing of the black cranes etc. Have not measured the reduction, but have a very good effect. Vevor should offerr proper hoses to connect everything up to make the installation even easier.
