UK recipients be warned!! Before you are able to receive this item. Royal Mail PARCELFORCE will request a significant Customs surcharge, in excess of £150.00 before releasing this for delivery. This is a 25% increase in cost, you will not be expecting. ** UPDATE** The supplier was contacted, and after explaining the problem. They have offered to refund the additional Custom Charges. They were apologetic and helpful. The item was received earlier today. It was well packaged, and all items present. A minor amount of assembly is required (just bolting the 3 axis motors), and connecting the controller. Software was a breeze to install. A sturdy well built machine, and well worth it. Looking forward to some creativity.
