It works well. It doesn't have a reversible function, probably because it's very powerful and doesn't need one. It requires a wrench to disassemble for proper cleaning and sanitization. Overall happy with the purchase.

Well made mincer very robust and does what it says on the tin Would have preferred a 3 pin uk plug and the internal body of the machine is difficult to clean as it doesn’t come away from the motor and it’s cleaned with a cloth and a toothbrush to remove any meat debris left inside Otherwise very happy with its performance

The new machine is maintenance-free for one year. You can remove the oil screw and add 20ml gear oil, model: 80W-90. Be careful not to add too much oil, as it is easy to overflow during operation.

What does it mean to "break the red dot before using"? Is a label close to the oil screw on the top of the machine, thx!

The screw with a "red dot" in the middle of this product is the oil filling port, and the red dot is a seal ring to prevent oil leakage during transportation.
