Solved my problem an easy way to set up à angle on the mill leaving the table settings alone, as with any new tool you just have to learn it's benefits and limitations.
Top and bottom are reasonably parallel in the lengthwise direction, the surface is flat and the sliding surfaces glide smoothly.
Remember to tighten the brake/holding screws before aligning with the dial gauge, there is a little play.
The degree division at the end is only a guide line and only for an approximate setting, there is a lot of backlash in the worm gear and it has a slightly rough and uneven gait, but remember to only aproach one way and it will work.
All in all, a nice piece of tool for the price.
