Hei! only the middle trays are dried, the upper and lower ones are not dried because of the small fan.

Works great. I do 3kg batches of apples (cored and sliced) at a time. Herbs dry real nice in it as well. All the trays dry evenly, and its easy to clean.

Perfect for biltong

I have been using it for biltong and the results are great. I use the lowest temperature 35°C but inside is only 30°C which for me is perfect. 6 trays is more than enough, rarely use the 6. Uses low energy, small size and easy to clean. Very happy with the purchase
