I have used this twice and both times got perfect chicks. It keeps temperature and humidity stable and it is very easy to use.

Dear Vevor, It would be worthwhile to leave the protective film on the plastic cover on the product. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but the electronics box is placed on top of the film, glued and insulated, which is absolutely illogical and not at all aesthetic after the film is torn. The machine itself is very good, it does what it needs to do, it turns the eggs well, and the lamp counter is also a great help. The machine deserves 5 stars, but this foiling is a maximum of zero.

Good item simple to use! Package was ok and delivery time was short . All function was simple to set and the 1st incubation was ok, without problems.

First startup is a little difficult to keep the humidity constant, temperature is light. Out of 6 eggs came 3 chickens, that's fine.

so far I have used this machine once to hatch one batch of eggs and it seems to work well. The design is like a copy of a Binsea machine but is way cheaper. One negative thing was that the big orange circle plate that moves around was not perfectly flat, it was a tiny bit cupped, which meant that the eggs were not turning as they were not perfectly in contact with the floor of the machine. To fix this issue i put four heavy flat stones on the orange plate to weigh it down and flatten it out but this took the place of 4 eggs. After this it worked fine. By the time the eggs hatched i noticed this orange plate had flattened out even when the stones were removed, i guess the warmth and weight did the trick. Not sure if it will stay flat now or not. If you attach a bottle of water to make the waterering automatic beware that you should also check it is doing it's job. Im not always certain the water was draining down by itself. Occasinally i wouldnitice the humidy was not so high and i would lift the bottle slightly and more water would make it's way into the machine. When the eggs hatch and you have chicks inside, if you remove the cover and then put it back, make sure there is not a chick traped between the lid and the centre part of the machine. This happened with the head of one of our chicks and it died, very sad! This is kind of our mistake but it's useful for you to know this can happen if you're not careful! Overall im very happy with the machine so far, seems to be well worth the money and i would recommend it. Happy hatching!

On my second run with this incubator, have 12 chicken eggs inside. Works great. Using the included polystyrene packaging it keeps the temperature and humidity exactly where in needs to be.

Great machine... very poor instructions as to how the humidity is set by adding water to which compartment at bottom, but apart from that I can't fault it...

Would highly recommend , easy to use incubator and works well with varieties of eggs . Only setback is the height but there is an upgraded version available for a little bit more .
