The hoist appears to be sturdy and well built, albeit it hasn't so far seen so much work hours and I haven't loaded it nowhere near to its maximum capacity.
The only small detail worth of mentioning is that the round plate preventing the lifting hook to be wound to far on drum (by effecting on a safety switch connected to the wire guide), seems to be a bit too small and/or lightweight. Because of this it can occasionally remain not horizontal but in somewhat tilted orientation where there can be enough space it to slip through the guide without stopping the hoist. Well, lifting speed is not very fast so it's relatively easy to note that plate's orientation. And you should in any case not use the safety switch as upper stop either.
Wireless remote is a good idea for not having to watch out control cable tangling with the lifting wire. Operating range is probably ok, however I think it's generally not a very good idea to control such hoist from extreme distances. Remote controller itself is rugged and its functions feel defined.
Overall this is a nice device with some extras for lifting work.
