When I first got this machine I was so excited, but unfortunately I got a faulty power adapter. I got refunded 768 SEK for it and ordered a new one for 764 SEK myself. I had to wait in total from ordering the machine until I could actually use it, for a month. The service was spot on, not their fault that the adapter was faulty. They handled it very fair and now I enjoy faceting quartz after work and on weekends! The machine is for beginners and could use tweaks here and there, but for the price to get started into faceting, it is very decent. It should come in a packade with more discs ranging from 240 to 3000 grit in my opinion, and a dop transfer jig. Maybe even some wax. Happy faceting!
