The press is defective, it doesn't work properly, there's a screw that doesn't tighten and keeps turning, the press plate is too low and doesn't go up anymore. This press is just problems. I want to return or exchange for an oytra that works

Após dois meses de funcionamento, aparecem problemas que o suporte não resolve. Deixa manchas grandes brancas, canecas não preenche totalmente na vertical. Faz apenas 8cm na caneca. Resto com imagens comprovadas o suporte não resolve.

Damaged product and they don't want to return it

Damaged product and they won't return it. I paid for a product I can use but I got it damaged. The service says who can use it. What a farce. I didn't pay half the price of the product I paid the whole price so I have the right to get a quality product without damage.
