Great delivery box. Unfortunately, One of the screws was missing on arrival, but I found a replacement one, so managed to fix it. It is used outside, but not exposed to rain, but has withstood everything since I got it.

The box is very spacious. I like the idea that it is operated by a number code. No need for a key. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged. The top corner of the lid was obviously dented in transport. The powder coating on the lid had a few imperfections which would not affect the functionality. I am happy to report that I got a full refund after a few emails. So overall, it was a good experience to deal with the company.

Firstly, I would like to say that generally,I am pleased with my purchase. However I would like to make some suggestions that would improve the product even more. On arrival I was disappointed that after a parcel is delivered, not only is it possible for a thief, to open the top door and see the parcel from above but also, the thief could possibly reach down and retrieve it. I have since welded additional dividers and now this is no longer possible. Secondly I have added an additional feature to the box, that informs me , without opening the box manually, to see if I had mail. I have fitted a spring loaded door stop to the side of the delivery hatch, which releases after I receive mail. Then after the door is closed the flag stays up to show, ‘I’ve got mail.
