I bought VEVOR sparkling Water Maker - Starter kit with 1L pet bottle, and 2 CO2 Cylinders. Those cylinders are empty there is no gas in it. When you open a ticket asking why are they empty you are being directed to another company to buy the cylinders with the CO2 gas! Now, I am waiting for an answer whether I will be refunded for those two empty cylinders. I don't get it why would they sell empty and then the gas and the cylinders need to be bought from completely different company. I do feel disappointed as I still cant use the product. Need to invest another 120 euros before i will be able to use it. It should state in the name that maker comes with two empty cylinders no gas in them.

The co2 gas canister was empty they sent and was a struggle to get any sort of refund ( only got a partial refund) Stay away !!!
