Well, not impressed. Usually you get a good quality product from this company, but I guess quality control is slipping. Picture 1 is of a gap that is not supposed to be there. Pictures 2 and 3 show popped welds causing the gap. Quality control sure missed the mark here. It will probably function but it will be messy underneath when you are done. Will update you after I talk to you company.

Size is perfect, good quality material, maintains the heat levels for frying.

Very quick delivery, packaged well, no dings or marks. The holding tub and the baskets are very thin. The baskets are smaller than expected, very cheaply made, and after the first cleaning the baskets welds are already breaking... it'll work for now, but not sure it will withstand commercial use for long...
