I have use it to press small batches of honey. Works like a charm and it is possible to press it all the way down.

Elsősorban gyümölcsléfőzés után visszamaradó gyümölcshús préselésére használom a jobb kihozatal miatt. A bogyós gyümölcsöknél (szőlő, szeder) könnyebben dolgozik, míg a rostosabb gyümölcsöknél (alma, meggy) nehezebben, utóbbinál a gyümölcspép is megindul. A szerkezet nagyon masszív és igényes, a nyomólap is bőven elég vastag. Egyetlen hátránya, hogy a kar tekerése közben a préselőedény is elfordul, így azt fogni kell, pedig a tengely nincs beleszorítva a nyomólapba (tervezem, hogy a tengely alsó végét olyanra esztergáltatom, hogy egy nagyobb csapágygolyó aláférjen). Egy dolog lenne még jó, ha a nyomótengely felső vége hatlapfejű lenne, hogy a ma már bárhol kapható akkus ütvecsavarozókkal is használható legyen.

Nice finish, but the handle is a bit too small, and the exit hole placed to high. Its working fine, but not as expected with apples. I would say as frugt press its too small.

It's a pretty crappy construction. The outer container cannot be fixed, so it rotates when pressed - if you are not careful, you will easily break the outlet tube. Two people are needed to "operate": one holds the outer container so that it does not turn (it takes a lot of force), the other winds the press.

There’s a deal of prepare job to be done, like pealing, quartering et c. apples, but the rest is easy. And the good cider is worth it. Easy clean-up.

Small problems with the connection of the pressing plate, but nothing serious. Would buy another one.

I haven't tried it yet, but it looks nice. It is robust and also packaged extremely well. I think it will serve its purpose perfectly. ​
