I would suggest anyone with an engine bigger than 50hp should go for the 150hp hydraulic system. Spend the extra few euros. Its probably a better system. I went for the 90hp with an 80hp engine thinking it would be good enough. But I dont believe it is. So buyer beware go for the stronger system. I'm sorry I didn't. If I was to buy again I wouldn't buy the 90hp. So dont be fooled by there stats. Go bigger. Much better. Other than that great price and a good system. So far. Only used it twice will have to wait till next year. And also it pulls hard to the right .cant let go of steering wheel. But I think I fixed that with the steering tab on engine.

Fairly straightforward to install, even on 1978 Johnson Seahorse.

needed more clearance because of a jack plate, flipped it upside down, reversed the lines and got more clearance than I had with the old cable steering ,not as quick as the old rack & pinion but way easier to steer feels like power steering.
